Time has flown – it is now 5 weeks since I first had the braces put on! Can’t believe it is so long, when I went to check the diary I was shocked. I have been so busy and life has just gone on as normal. Really I think I have adapted pretty well.
I am still pretty cautious with my diet but it really hasn’t been too much of a hardship. I visited my mother for the first time this weekend and she was amazed – she simply could not see them! Thought the whole thing was wonderful. I really seem to have the lisp thing under control too.
I know the idea is of having lingual (invisible braces) is that no one else cannot see or tell you are wearing them ………the trouble is that now I am really proud of myself and them and I just want to tell everyone – I just really appreciate how good they are. I know this is early days – but to be honest now I am beginning to wonder why so many other people are hesitating –this is really no big deal.
