Just to say a huge thank you for all you have done for Kate. What a transformation! Everyone now comments on her perfect set of teeth, you have done a wonderful job.Thank you putting up with all of the breakages etc! And for being so patient and understanding. It will seem strange not coming to see you anymore. We wish you continued success, you make such a different – Kate now smiles with confidence.
